Aim

Founded in 1997 the EMN is a pan European network of diagnostic mycologists.

The main aim is to provide a forum to exchange information on plant diseases and to discuss methods, techniques and problems of mutual interest amongst like-minded fungal diagnosticians working in mainly government laboratories on Plant Health (plant protection). The network has a special interest in quarantine and regulated fungal plant pathogens.

This is achieved by provision of an email users' group, website and an annual meeting held each year in a different member country.
